By continuing to use this site, you agree to any amended Terms and Conditions. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before using this site. The Olfactory Limited, will be referred to hereafter as THE OLFACTORY.

Such use constitutes a direct violation of our international trademark and copyright rights, and may result in legal action. Content we post on our Facebook and/or Instagram may be shared without prior consent, but must not be altered in any way. ADVICE AND INFORMATION
We recommend you seek professional advice before using THE OLFACTORY products, particularly if you are prone to skin allergies or concerns. We encourage our customers to test THE OLFACTORY products on their skin by purchasing sample vials before purchasing regular size items. We do not take any responsibility for allergic reactions to our product.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
Whilst THE OLFACTORY products are natural and free from harmful elements, we are realistic about the fact that every person’s skin is different. In the unlikely event your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please STOP using the product immediately and contact us. Once we have identified it is the product causing the skin reaction, we will exchange the product, create a credit or provide you with a full refund. Reactions must be reported within 14 days of purchase and must not be more than 20% used.
PRICING
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All prices and availability of the products listed on the site are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT
THE OLFACTORY must receive payment in full before goods are shipped or bespoke appointments are confirmed. Should a bespoke client wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment, 48hours notice is required or a $100 booking fee will be deducted.
RETURNS POLICY
THE OLFACTORY recommends all consumers test products to ensure suitability to skin before making a purchase.
In accordance with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will accommodate credits, refunds or replacement our products are found to be faulty or damaged on arrival, or in the rare circumstance that a product has caused an allergic reaction.
In the above instances, please email virginia@theolfactorynz.com within 14 days of purchase. The product must not be more than 20% used. Customers are responsible for shipping product back.
CANCELLATIONS
Once orders have been placed and payment received, no cancellations can be made on the purchase order.
