SHIPPING

Shipping costs have increased and it is no longer viable for us to absorb them.

Expect between 1-5 business days to urban addresses and between 7-10 business days to rural addresses. 

We also ship internationally upon request. Please contact us for international shipping options and prices.

RETURNS

It is important to us that you love your beautiful OLFACTORY products. 

Whilst our products are natural and free from harmful elements, we are realistic about the fact that everyone’s skin is different. We highly recommend that you test our products on your skin to ensure suitability, before purchasing.

In the unlikely event your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and contact us. If we can identify that our OLFACTORY products have caused your skin to react, we will exchange the product, create a credit or provide you with a full refund. 

In addition, we will accommodate a credit, refund or replacement if one of our products is faulty or is damaged on arrival.

Please email us: virginia@theolfactorynz.com within 3 days if your product arrived damaged. Order date will be required, and the product must not be more than 20% used. Shipping costs incurred when returning items to us will be your responsibility – we recommend track and trace only.
